Prices

All prices listed in this catalog are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT. The prices are net and guaranteed at the time of the order. Items covered by a warranty are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase. The warranty begins upon delivery, as evidenced by the invoice, which we recommend you keep.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to improper maintenance.

• Non-compliance with usage instructions.

• Normal wear and tear of items.

 

Product Availability

 

We strive to deliver on time, but in the event of stock shortages from our suppliers, our delivery commitment becomes void. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Delivery and Shipping

 

Delivery in Switzerland:

 

Available items are shipped via post within 5 to 8 working days. Shipping fees are charged only once per order.

Important: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or to minors or individuals under guardianship, unless authorized in writing by the parent or legal guardian.

 

Deliveries to France, Belgium:
 

Exemption of Swiss VAT

Swiss VAT will be automatically deducted when you validate your order, as the products are exported out of Switzerland.

Taxes and customs fees in France:

Orders shipped to France may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees imposed by French authorities. These fees, which are not included in the total amount of your order, are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.

Customer Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about any additional fees that may apply in their country before placing an order. 

 

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

Items can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

 

• Return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be intact, in their original packaging, with all labels and references.

• Include the delivery slip.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. In case of an exchange, the shipping costs for the new order are covered..

 

Legal Warranty

 

We recommend inspecting the goods upon receipt to detect any manufacturing defects or damage due to transportation. In accordance with Swiss law, you must report any defects or issues as soon as possible so we can address them.
